Hacklander is a DNR managed concrete boat launch with a small dock that provides access to the lower Kalamazoo River. As of January 2026, the river water level is still low which makes launching difficult for larger boats/trailers. The site has a restroom and ample parking. Parking and launching are free if you have the recreation passport sticker. There is no “Fee box” at the ramp.
Great fishing spot honestly caught bottom fish no bobber fish, few bites tho.
