Went in on a Tuesday to get a sick note for work because I had been throwing up since the Friday before, walked in to see the Dr and she didn't even ask what was wrong with me gave me a sick note for that day (didn't back date it to Monday) and sent me off. Still throwing up the next day (Wednesday) I booked another appointment with Dr.Edwin Lapidario, I went in and instead of asking what was wrong with me just mentioned I already had a sick note from the day before so I had to argue with him and he just gave me another sick... read more
