Emergency replacement motor required. Spoke with the manager and he had one. Instead of waiting 6-10 days for Home Depot Lowe’s or Amazon I got my heater fixed Saturday. Also a new condensation pump. Great process and very helpful. Also a veteran of Vietnam. Gotta appreciate professional service and military service. Go to place for my future hvac or plumbing issues.
I called and asked to get a quote for an oil to gas conversion. Nick came and gave me several options. I told him what I wanted to do (all which are possible from other contractor quotes.) He was very forceful trying to sell me equipment and upgrades I did not need . I had to repeat myself several times to make it clear I did not want them. He finally agreed to quote what I asked for.
