I called Hackettstown Community Hospital inquiring whether it was true that a Viral infection can morph into a bacterial infection increasing morbidity. After I voiced this concern to the woman with whom I was speaking, she didn't answer, rather just said, .How can I help you. I thought that was odd. I asked her name and was hung up on. When I called back I asked firstly whom I am speaking with. She said Charlie. I explained again why I was calling and asked with whom I just spoke and she said she has no idea.
