I go to Ivy Rehab for physical therapy and the entire staff is so pleasant yet professional.
The building is fairly new so it's less likely to have major maintenance issues. The elevators work well and the building is clean. The restrooms are clean and in good working order. When Covid 19 came around the doctors had the reception area fixed to follow CDC guidelines as quickly as they could.
Has a vending machine, clean rest rooms and ample free parking spaces.
Staff was very polite and professional. The place was clean and the facility looked like it had some great equipment to have therapy there. It was my first time going to this facility for therapy treatment and I was amazed how we were greeted at the door as we walked through. We didn't feel out of place and everyone was very pleasant to us and made us feel like we've been going there for a long time. Nothing against the other facilities I've been to, but by far this one seems to be the best one yet!
