Complete Con Artist stay away!!!! We hired Lonnie to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space of a house we were selling. Lonnie had it advertised that he was a handyman, and that he could do this type of work. We allowed Lonnie in our home, where he completed half of the vapor barrier, and then fill the crawl space and other areas of the house with moth balls.
