First and foremost: There's a Ransom Ware attack and no one gets informed. Not even a week later, not even when I call to request Medical Records, not when their MyChart webpage is inaccessible. By luck I came across an article about this. I called and they confirmed it's related to their system being down. Secondly, I was seeing Ob/Gyn and dr.s have been good to me.
