I was happy with the staff. Laura was great. I unfortunately didn’t care for Dr. Ashtyani. I felt he was condescending. He didn’t seem to get that sleeping with an Inspire device isn’t so simple. My biggest issue was the wait time. My last visit I saw 3 Inspire patients in the waiting room. I asked them if they were waiting for Dr. Ashtyani, when they said yes, I knew I was in for over an hour wait. Cancelled my appointment right then and there, and I’m not going back!
Very pleased with this facility. Overall experience was great.
I have been going to see Dr. Ashtyani for about 15 years for sleep apnea. I have been very happy with my experience there and find Dr. Ashtyani very personable. He listens to you. I always have to coordinate with the staff because I need reports from Dr Ashtyani to be faxed to my FAA aviation medical examiner to complete my flight physical. This year when the FAA added a new required form I was a little shy about calling up to ask for it after the usual forms were done and sent.
