No good customer service over the phone .. I called a couple times to request a copy of a report from a previous visit of one of my Childs and the operator didn’t show appropriate customer service skills, please be more client oriented, be more patient, show more love for what you do.
the "front office" is communicative and efficient. Dr. Goss has, not only, excellent medical acumen but is empathetic, communicative and is proactive in planning care and explaining options for case management and sets realistic goals for somewhat aged patients like me
I have had an excellent experience at Dr. Goss’ office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Goss makes me feel heard and is extremely knowledgeable. She gives excellent advice and truly shows that she cares. The entire office makes me feel like I am taken care of. One of the best doctor’s offices I have ever been to.
