When I arrived at the Newman facility on June 19th, I provided the receptionist with 2cd images from previous scans to have them compared to the new brain scan I was undergoing that day. They properly burned (copied) the said previous scans. I was told that the radiologist would compare the 2 scans to the new one. On time Great Staff and technicians. So Far so good patient portal access is almost non existent
Husband had a 5:30pm appt for a CAT scan. It's 8pm ...still waiting. The staff is beyond rude!
Competent staff but be prepared to wait. While they take every shred of info especially insurance information the billing center never seems to get it or get it right. This has happened every time I've gone there. They may even say they don't take your insurance but it's listed on their website as accepting. Be vigilant.
