I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the "Doctor" for less than five minutes. The tiny waiting room is packed with people coughing and sneezing. If you park in the lot, you have to get a sign from the office to place on your car. Great for people who have foot problems. Also the assistant discusses your situation with the doctor. I could hear everything about the patient in the next room and hear the entire patients visit with the doctor. There has to be some HIPPA violation. I will never come back to this office.
Avoid this place. This particular office is unbelievably inept. I scheduled an appointment for my son for Monday late afternoon. I got there after a 45 minute commute only to be told that they don't take our insurance. We couldn't be seen. OR we could pay $400 for the office visit and the "procedure." No one called, no one emailed, NO COMMUNICATION to let me know that we shouldn't make the trek over there for our emergency situation. Unbelievable. And super unprofessional.
It was my first visit to this foot clinic, and although the reviews weren’t very good, I decided to go because it’s close to where I live. Making an appointment online was very easy. Unlike the reviews, the staff were friendly. Dr. Joseph explained my foot condition clearly, which I really appreciated. I think I’ll be coming here every year.
The wait time to way too long. Just to pick up shoes for my son it’s an hour wait. The doctor is only available once every two weeks for some reason so every time I come there’s an insane amount of patients in the waiting room. If I didn’t need these shoes for my son I would’ve left just like a lot of other people who were waiting with me. Honestly, go somewhere else. Waited over two months for my insouls after I was told it was only gonna be 2 weeks. Then finally when they told me it was ready I had to wait another two weeks since the location only has 1 doctor twice a week so when I finally arrived I had to wait over two hours in the waiting room just to sign something and walk out with my insouls a big waste of time and given they have so many Location it makes sense it's quantity over quality when it comes to these people especially after the shoes I was told were custom made turned o... read more
