Hackensack Nails used to be my go-to, but my last visit was terrible. Magdaly did a UV gel manicure that cracked within days, and when I returned, she wouldn’t speak to me directly — instead passing everything to the owner, Kim. Rather than acknowledge the issue, Kim blamed my nails, even though they were perfectly fine after my previous gel set with Linda. Painful and Unprofessional Experience I’ve been coming to Hackensack Nails for years and have always trusted Linda with my nails. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had — both technically and professionally. I had my UV gel manicure done by Magdaly, and from the start, the service was poor. I used to get a pedicure done all the time with the Hispanic ladies... last time the "owner" did it, and Ugg felt like she was in a rush! Not satisfied
