I had a wonderful experience at urgent care. Dr. Ullo was excellent—professional, caring, and attentive. Rickey at the front desk was amazing and made me feel welcome right away. Nurse Elvira and Jason, the technician, were also kind, helpful, and professional. The service was prompt, welcoming, and caring from start to finish. I truly appreciate the entire team and the wonderful care they provided. Thank you all!

So great to have this right in my neighborhood. Love all the staff, especially Ricky at the desk and Katie, the PCT. Actually like everybody but when my daughter was feeling exceptionally lousy Ricky and Katie put a lot of fears to rest!
As an employee of Hackensack Meridian Health, I naturally had high expectations for the care and treatment I would receive, and this location truly exceeded them! Check-in with Rickey was quick, smooth, and seamless. PCT Danielle was incredibly kind and gentle when taking my vitals and removing my IV, which made the experience much more comfortable.
