Patient comes from hospital even though transfer was in works for over a week , room not ready for 2 hours . Then room is uncomfortable too hot . No pain meds given till next morning. Ask for ice packs for pain in feet . Patient was giving a cup of ice .
We saw Laurence M. Today for a speech evaluation and I can tell how passion he truly is of his job. He made my son feel so comfortable and even have fun while completing the test! Would recommend him 100%
