I’ve only been to the Dr side once and they were fine. However, the lab department is quite rude. I usually go to lab corp and they’re fantastic. I tried coming here for routine bloodwork. You can’t make an appt which is fine but they give you no information, there’s no one to help or answer questions if you try to ask you’re met with attitude. There was 4 of us there when I arrived at opening. 3 were in and out. I waited over a half hour before I was even acknowledged. And both ppl I interacted with her short and rude.
I love this place. Very professional and helpful.
I cant say enough about how nice and helpful everyone is there, makes it easier to get in and out. Frount desk knows exactly what needs to get done.i see dr. Sheila Sahni there and love her, always pleasant and right to the point. Answers questions with a smile. Thanks to everyone there makes a pleasant experience.
I am writing this review in regards to finding a solution to this huge billing issue. I am an HMH employee and went to an HMH facility for physical therapy. To my surprise, I was hit with a $500 bill ($100 for each visit with only PT Christina G.) The reasoning per Horizon: PAYMENT FOR THESE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT PER DAY BASED ON THE PROVIDER'S CONTRACT. THIS LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED.
