The office manager at this practice is consistently inaccessible. She is never available when I call, and despite leaving multiple messages and being told "Sue" will call me back, I have yet to receive a single return call. This lack of responsiveness is extremely frustrating. Patients deserve an office that follows through and communicates in a timely manner.
Dr. Khanna is by far the most amazing primary care doctor! She is so kind and compassionate! Has helped me a ton
I am writing in reference to the primary care office in Eatontown. While I generally prefer not to leave negative feedback, I feel this situation warrants attention. My appointment with Dr. McConnell has been rescheduled multiple times. Physical Therapy (PT) Review: 100/10 stars, this place is 1000x better than places like seaview or jag.... basically its 3 licensed DPT or MS, 1 assistant and only 2 patients per therapist at a time. They are hands on, interactive, and give feedback, i got to where i got in 11 sessions at another company in 2 sessions here. So far the place is nice and clean and most people are nice. I have seen 2 primary care doctors and they keep bringing wegovy into the convo when im investigating serious autoimmune diseases and trying to fix my health issues so i can continue to workout and diet effectively, i have lost 80lbs WITHOUT wegovy and i am NOT a good candidate.
