Nice, clean, and new - all in one medical facility! Place is huge, and the front desk staff have no problem with assisting you. HOWEVER, I would advise you don't use their lab.
Facility is great, Doctors are great....what isnt great is the call center in another country that argues with me that the facility IS a hospital and he can prove it and there was no errors in billing because it is infact a hospital. Hackensack wants to save money by having out of country call centers, fine...but they have no idea what they are talking about or how to use common sense or how to communicate anything other than what is on the screen.
The office manager at this practice is consistently inaccessible. She is never available when I call, and despite leaving multiple messages and being told "Sue" will call me back, I have yet to receive a single return call. This lack of responsiveness is extremely frustrating. Patients deserve an office that follows through and communicates in a timely manner.
Dr. Khanna is by far the most amazing primary care doctor! She is so kind and compassionate! Has helped me a ton
