This review is specifically about the Outpatient Laboratory (Phlebotomy Department) inside the Hackensack Meridian Health and Wellness Center. This was my first time visiting the building, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My daughter’s primary care physician referred her downstairs for bloodwork. The facility was clean, and the entire team—from the front desk staff to the pharmacy—was professional and helpful.
