The only reason any stars are being given is because the Ob was nice. I went in a route Obgyn visit. She ended up doing a test which is never recommended to do yearly, but didnt ask me, and now im being charged hundreds of dollars. She then suggested i do a mamo and ultrasound. The tech was so incompetent that i was asked to come and do a 2nd round. I had the displeasure of seeing Dr Valeria Kleshchelskaya for my physical as my primacy pcp Dr. Shah was out. I believe she will benefit from some bias and sensitivity training. She was an hour and 15 minutes late to my appointment (she did not apologize for the wait ) and I NEVER had to wait that long in the 2+ years I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah. Cool, incredibly professional and impressive. Crisp and clean, friendly and five-star accommodating+ thorough. Could not have asked for more. A+ on “the basics” and everything else. I knew this was the right place, the minute I walked in. Support. I would want this hospital, urgent care, outpatient, specialized services or hospital care to be with this care-provider.
