I have only positive things to say about Dr. Panchal. We have been seeing him to help address my father's back pain issues. The first thing I want to say is that Dr. Panchal has a WONDERFUL "bedside manner", not just with my father, but also with my mother and me when we accompany my father at appointments. He has a genuinely welcoming and warm personality which makes all of us feel comfortable and valued. This was my first visit to the Hackensack Meridian facility in Clark, NJ. Color me impressed! It has a friendly and professional atmosphere, beginning with front desk check-in. Since I have an HMH app and all my information is in there, the need for forms to be completed at each visit is now unnecessary. They confirm identity and insurance and asked you to be seated. Phone number listed is incorrect
I got into a motor vehicle accident. I been calling 3x a day for 5 days already for a letter stating I saw the Dr for my lawyer and car insurance. I got the letter on day 3 with the wrong date. I am still waiting on day 5 for them to change the date on the letter. How many days do you need!?!?!?!
I cannot say enough positive things about this facility or the people that work there. Front deskI was easy to deal with, Taylor got me to the right therapists. Both Robyn and Inna were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Best of al,l everyone spoke highly of each other!. So professional.
