I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes to see Dr. Valeria Kleshchelskaya, MD, only to have the visit last less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I felt that the interaction was very rushed and impersonal. The doctor came across as cold and did not seem very attentive or concerned about my questions or needs as a patient. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I expected better patient care and service from a healthcare organization with a name like Hackensack. Sadly, this visit did not meet those expectations.

Would not recommend, they overbill your office visit to the insurance and are not flexible with any reductions or resubmissions. I was seen for less than five minutes, told to take over-the-counter medication which I told them I was already taking and got zero actual treatment, then got stuck with a $300 bill. Worst part is their billing department though, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Teenagers at fast food establishments provide better customer service than they do.

The only reason any stars are being given is because the Ob was nice. I went in a route Obgyn visit. She ended up doing a test which is never recommended to do yearly, but didnt ask me, and now im being charged hundreds of dollars. She then suggested i do a mamo and ultrasound. The tech was so incompetent that i was asked to come and do a 2nd round. When trying to make another appoint at this location i was told they shut down that whole department (just 2 weeks after my appt). Now i had to waste time trying to figure out ho... read more
