I cannot say enough positive things about this facility or the people that work there. Front deskI was easy to deal with, Taylor got me to the right therapists. Both Robyn and Inna were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Best of al,l everyone spoke highly of each other!. So professional.
Wow.Wow.Wow. The most patient-centric, empathetic, professional, positive, caring, decent Dr/MA/front desk trio team today- on Christmas Day! This was probably the best urgent care I have received coast to coast! From the phone, to sign in, fastest wait, communication during exam….. immediate Rx order….they really hear and see you here. The staff is friendly and skilled. The check in is smooth and efficient. Doctor is on time and through with the exam. They also have onsite bloodwork and cardiac sonogram. The waiting room is renovated, clean and spacious with complementary coffee and snacks.
One star for initially scheduling and then two minutes later calling to cancel an Ob/gyn pre-natal appointment because “the doctor prefers not to see patients until around 10-12 weeks.” I explained that I have special circumstances for which I’d like to see a medical professional, and that if the doctor isn’t available, I’d be very happy to see a P.A.
