Wow.Wow.Wow. The most patient-centric, empathetic, professional, positive, caring, decent Dr/MA/front desk trio team today- on Christmas Day! This was probably the best urgent care I have received coast to coast! From the phone, to sign in, fastest wait, communication during exam….. immediate Rx order….they really hear and see you here. The staff is friendly and skilled. The check in is smooth and efficient. Doctor is on time and through with the exam. They also have onsite bloodwork and cardiac sonogram. The waiting room is renovated, clean and spacious with complementary coffee and snacks.
One star for initially scheduling and then two minutes later calling to cancel an Ob/gyn pre-natal appointment because “the doctor prefers not to see patients until around 10-12 weeks.” I explained that I have special circumstances for which I’d like to see a medical professional, and that if the doctor isn’t available, I’d be very happy to see a P.A. OBYN section: I had an appointment last week and had asked the secretary to reschedule my appointment. Instead, she insisted for me to come in and the staff was kinda of clueless on what was my chief complaint on this visit. I reply my annual visit is not until a couple of months so ... I do not understand why the secretary persisted for me to come in.
