I had the displeasure of seeing Dr Valeria Kleshchelskaya for my physical as my primacy pcp Dr. Shah was out. I believe she will benefit from some bias and sensitivity training. She was an hour and 15 minutes late to my appointment (she did not apologize for the wait ) and I NEVER had to wait that long in the 2+ years I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah. Cool, incredibly professional and impressive. Crisp and clean, friendly and five-star accommodating+ thorough. Could not have asked for more. A+ on “the basics” and everything else. I knew this was the right place, the minute I walked in. Support. I would want this hospital, urgent care, outpatient, specialized services or hospital care to be with this care-provider. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Panchal. We have been seeing him to help address my father's back pain issues. The first thing I want to say is that Dr. Panchal has a WONDERFUL "bedside manner", not just with my father, but also with my mother and me when we accompany my father at appointments.
