I drove from Philadelphia to see my grandmother and was told only 2 visitors are allowed. Awful policy. Life has no number.
I always chose to drive further from my home just for this ER. I’ve never had a bad experience there and this most recent visit was no different! I was quickly attended to by staff and felt listened to and heard. My nurse, Anthony, was phenomenal and caring. I cannot say enough positive things about him! My doctor, Kevin Dwyer, was also fantastic. He gave me a through work up, explained everything in detail and listened to all my questions. I am very happy with the care I received. Thank you Riverview ER!

I have had very bad experience with Dr. Shobha A Chottera at the Riverview Medical Center. I immediately felt uncomfortable in her presence. Maybe she is knowledgeable but definitely not understanding and caring. She is acting like she is the boss and you are nothing. Dr. Shobha A Chottera is the worst doctor that I have ever met.
Visited the ER today and everybody there was absolutely wonderful. My nurse, (I believe her name is Monique) was absolutely wonderful…She is an amazing human being and amazing at her job. She made me feel so comfortable & safe.
