I spent a week here. It was dismal and depressing. Nurses are overworked with too many the patients. Some nurses were very nice and helpful and others were nasty and degrading. Pain was always an issue. If you called for your OXY when they were due, it would take an hour for tech to come in to find out what you want and if you are lucky, the nurse would come in an hour later to give you your pain pill. There were a couple days where they said they had no OXY 10s (they had OXY 5s) and did not give me 2 OXYs? Do they have a dr... read more
Mom was treated with absolute kindness and compassion from everyone for the past 7 days. Communication and bedside manner were are good as can be. Grateful!!!
A great group of caring wonderful people. The care is excellent. The food is great. The activity’s are tops. Mom loves the place very much. Thanks to everyone.
