The staff is there to do their job. They greet you when you walk in and get the information that they need to process you. Same with the ultrasound technician. They are there to do a job, not make friends with every patient they see. I have not had a bad experience with the staff whatsoever. The office is dated, it could be a little nicer given the fact that they are owned by HMH. The office is outdated, the ultrasound tech is so rude, arrogant, with an attitude of a C student who barely made it through school yet acts as the be all know all, and don’t you dare question me. When it comes to being on time, don’t even get me started; I had appointments at all different times of the day, you are always waiting even when you’re the first appointment of the day. receptionists are so rude! they could’ve been pretty…but their personalities are not getting them anywhere LOL this clinic needs to find kinder respectful receptionists, my mother was here and they were giggling at each other like something was funny.. They’re maddd lucky I wasn’t there. Don’t come to this place!!! If I could give you a zero I would but I can’t so I’ll give you a one
Extremely rude, careless and disrespectful reception and US tech staff. I’ve been working in the medical services industry about 10 years now. Very Outdated equipment, maintenance on equipment is outdated based on PM stickers. Moldy ceiling tiles in patient treatment rooms. Only up side are the doctors. Dr. Nath is excellent. Would not recommend this clinic.
Why have a doctor's office if there's never anyone to answer the phone? If they do, they make empty claims that they will call you back or hang up on you. The representatives can't be that busy.
