There physician billing us the worst . They try to bill patient what insurance says is not patients responsibility. I asked for supervisor to call back several times. SUPERVISOR DO NOT CALL PATIEBTS BACK. They still continue TO BILL ME THE DISCLUNTED AMOUNT. MY INSURANCE TOLD THEM I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE AND SENT THEM THE DOCUMENTATION AGAIN. STILL TBEY ARE BILLING ME . Each phone call I am like a broken record. Worst billing service EVER.
One star review due to the administrative, having no idea what’s happening here the employees walk around talking about each other If you’re in immediate pain, do not come to this place. It took 35 hours to get into a room I had pancreatitis. I threw up for about 30 hours straight. I’ve been here three days literally have seen one doctor. No follow ups no extra testing never again
