So long waiting time for a small thing over 3hrs. They only have 1 doctor working in ER. I did ask for some water and the nurse didn’t bring it until +25minutes later. The garbage was full with trash from another patient. Also, the front desk was kinda racist because I talked in Spanish when I entered. DON’T GO OVER THERE.
horrible they don’t care about you or your time. nurses were laughing and playing around while i felt like i was going blind.
I took my 19 month old for diarrhea and vomiting, after a long wait they told me she had a stomach virus without testing her doing any proper procedures, they send me home with any medication, my baby do not tolerate any liquid on her stomach and my daughter passed out cuz she got dehydrated. They didn’t put an IV when I brought her there. This is the worst hospital to bring a baby.
Zero bed side manners. I feel bad for people that have to go to ER’s by themselves without a family member or friend to advocate for them. These people treated me horrible. I asked if I could go home after any procedure was finished and the nurse practitioner answer was you can do whatever you want.
My review 0 star if for the Hackensack Meridian emergency room located at 7600 River Rd, North Bergen. The worst place in the world, they need to learn a lot of Englewood hospital staff and Hoboken emergency. I had pain when arrived plus I had a recent surgery. Almost all of the staff with phone in hands, dancing, no privacy at all. Between doctors; nurses and the radiology department were a mess.
