As a whole, this is the worst medical group I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with some truly awful ones. Don't ever go to one of their "residency" practices. You'll get bounced from rookie doctor to rookie doctor each trying their own approach and causing chaos in the process. Took two plus years before I could see a very good, non-resident, permanent doctor at one such practice. I'm grateful for that, but I suffered a lot beforehand. I will start by saying my OB doctor is excellent. I however have an issue with the billing department and their lack of compassion in handing billing issues. I have an outstanding bill from1/13 that was incorrect bill because of a code they used. Each time i call i get pushed around and an explanation that it is under review. So this is going now where, managers operate in the cloud because i cannot speak with one
They choose to leave Horizon network at last minute which I consider nasty.
