Horrible service .. All they care about is the insurance. Wait on hold for 20 minutes,,then they never call you back .. I will never returned their .. Save your time ,,go anywhere else
Horrible service. Was forced into getting lenses even when i could not see with the trails clearly. Called them the next day to cancel my lenses was on hold for 30 mins and the receptionist said someone will get back to me no one did. I disputed my charges but they still cancelled my dispute. Do not go here and waste your time and money.
Went to Dr. Liva's office for examination for contacts. 2 hours later, and the first time I saw the doctor, he informed me that I can't get contacts because I have astigmatism and was too old. 6 months later (and older), I was seen by an Omni doctor who disagreed, after he stopped laughing about the "too old" remark, and sent me for contacts. Never been happier.
This facility is great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and there are lots of exam rooms. All the doctors are very thorough during your visit and explain things very well. The medical assistants are awesome as well. I found out I had cataracts and Dr Kramer and Dr Phillips were so helpful and caring from start to finish and just great during the entire process.
