Avoid this place if you value your time and being treated with basic respect. The wait times are excessive, the front office staff is rude and unprofessional, and the physicians make you feel like just another number. To make matters worse, the front office staff has been dishonest and completely unhelpful! Steer clear!!!
The Front desk lady who says her name is Joanna was extremely rude. I honestly can’t see how you allow someone like that to greet people . She was on her cellphone on speaker with a personal call ignoring me then rolled eyes when I said hello the third time as if I was interrupting her personal call. Very rude and nasty. The lady from the eyeglass fitting section had to come over to help. If you want to spend the day stressed and ruin your body, you can go here.First of all, you will not be able to find a place to park your car because everywhere is full.Even if I go to your appointment on time, they make you wait there for at least half an hour.The staff at the patient reception desk do not understand English and cannot speak it properly.Also the nurses are extremely rude and arrogant.The doctor is not a bad person, but he is old now.No one explains to you what kind of procedures you will go through.They mak... read more
Called and made an appt. And a couple of days ago received text saying my appt was canceled. No call, no explanation, no apology.... that is not good customer service
I waited for 3 hours even though I had an appointment. definitely not recommended.
