To avoid getting a lot of black residue on the siding from the 4-ways, I had the vents on the side of the house replaced (moved from 4-ways to regular vents). Ed was prompt, courteous, professional, informed, and finished the task quickly and effectively. Additionally, the communication was excellent. He provided timely updates and responses.
