Extensive stock of many items - and very helpful guy was working there when I went. My wife sent me with a list of stuff I jnow nothing about, but the person there knew each and every item, and exactly where it was. He and I also had a great conversation - as he commented on the t shirt I was wearing that day. Excellent place - great people, highest recommendation!
I had a wonderful experience at this beauty supply store. From the moment I walked in, every staff member — including the owners — was incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind. Front Lady harassed me , for something I didn’t do. Bad service
I wish I could give it zero stars. Worst customer service . I’ve worked for Koreans in beauty supply stores before and this is by far the worst set of employees I’ve ever ever encountered. They just see us as money no thankfulness no gratitude just judgement I still spent my money there that day but truly I will never ever go there anymore, and might I add they are super super big on racism. Even though I was 8 months pregnant they just was ganging up on me with many racial and verbal slurs. I’m so disgusted. Terrible taste ... read more
