It’s so damn crowded in there. You can’t even find anything without them jumping down your back asking if you need help every five minutes. it smells in there and they are constantly following you around. They need to clear some of that stuff up. You can barely walk through some of the aisles.
Hackensack Beauty Supply is amazing ! Store is stocked and clean. The owners are a great family , they are beyond sweet and make sure that their customers are satisfied. They greet you upon walk in and you’re immediately asked if you need help finding anything and you’re guided to their area. I love them !

I’ve been coming here for years, but today is my last day! The Asian lady with brown hair profiled me and accused me of stealing 1 rubber band! Literally 1! Are you serious?! All because I took one out of my hair to compare them to 1/2 inch size rubber bands that they sell to see if they were same size and they were. I put it back in the container and asked if she had 1/4 inch rubber bands and she gave me an attitude telling me all they have is what’s out. So I left, who cares I’ll find them somewhere else. I love Kelly soo much. she’s really the sweetest. I just went in there to grab some extra hair and she shared how disappointed she was when some customers opened her products without asking and tried to make her out to be a racist when she called them out. She was protecting her inventory, and it seemed to be a genuine misunderstanding. I’ve been coming here for the last couple years and she’s very sweet.
