I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. I was charged more than I expected and did not feel the pricing was explained clearly or handled fairly. A good mechanic should provide honest communication, fair pricing, and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service and transparency in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Hackensack Auto Wreckers. From start to finish, the communication, honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing were outstanding. Super happy with parts and service that I received from Hackensack Auto Wreckers. Oscar was great in helping me with all the parts that I need. Highly recommend the place to anyone.

Not sure where all the stars come from but this is the third time I deal with this place. First time they gave me the wrong mirror Second time they made me wait two weeks to order one but never actually ordered it. Third time they told me they'll give me cash for my car which is junk. And when it was time to pick it up they told me half cash half check. Then they told me never mind Look up other people's reviews about what happens with their checks
