Staff is very off putting. I called to ask a question and the person had zero patience and spoke over me the whole entire 2 minutes we were on the phone. Extremely rude and condescending. Complete turn off.
Be aware that this office will sell or share your information with third parties. You should demand a list of their IT providers and clear details on which systems they store your information—insist on seeing proof, such as a screenshot. I also agree with other comments regarding the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. Please read the "real" reviews and stay away from this practice.
Absolute JOKE of an establishment, with two absolute JOKES working the front desk. Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and then was told I could not see the doctor because I didn’t fill out forms - but the 2 miserable women at the front refused to give me forms. Horrible attitude. Horrible atmosphere. Stay away; there’s plenty of other allergists in the area.
