We had a great experience at Hackenberg Equipment. We were greeted by the front office staff first (perhaps owner, not sure) she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She had a young man help us look at the equipment that we were interested in. He was great help, very knowledgeable, and we wouldn't have even known that he wasn't a salesman because he did a fantastic job explaining the equipment, answering our questions, and closing the deal. Great selection and knowledgable people
Very good experience. Tasha was very helpful returned phone calls same day ,answered allmy questions. Nick very nice fella,honest,done me right. Would highly recommend if your looking for a well designed mini excavator. I had one 30 miles from home but I still drove 270miles one way to buy one off Nick . GROUNDHOG
I purchased a machine 3 years ago and while you get what you pay for it isn't horrible. It took awhile to come in but Nick was decent to work with. Since then I have had nothing but issues with the people that work there they screen calls from Nick and they aren't very knowledgeable about what you need.
