I purchased a machine 3 years ago and while you get what you pay for it isn't horrible. It took awhile to come in but Nick was decent to work with. Since then I have had nothing but issues with the people that work there they screen calls from Nick and they aren't very knowledgeable about what you need. Great Business!! My wife and I wanted a little Chinese mini for awhile. We finally decided to commit to purchasing one but really didn't want something straight from China. I understand these are China machines but Nick and his team go beyond just ordering a machine marking it up and selling it. They deal with the manufacturer, they do the assembly and go through the machine so you know your getting a machine that's been looked over before you receive it. Small price to pay IMO. Very efficient taking your money, I had a problem with the machine the day after they dropped it off. They have no Technical Support and wanted to send me a video to show me how to fix it myself.. Later that day to see if they could tell me what size jam was on the track tensioner she said she would get back to me. It has been four days. The machine is a GROUNDHOG 16 hp gasoline engine very good of power. The machine is very jerky. Sold me the Auger attachment. And the guy who delivered the machine had no idea how it attache... read more
