Bought some equipment there at a good price, but you better check it out completely before purchasing. Once you buy it, they will not even think about looking at that equipment again. Everything is bought at auction. They say they look over it and service what's needed.. but that's definitely not true. They also will say it was sold in working condition.. but when there is hydraulic hose issues, fuel gage or float issues, and controls stick or dont work.. We had a great experience at Hackenberg Equipment. We were greeted by the front office staff first (perhaps owner, not sure) she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She had a young man help us look at the equipment that we were interested in. He was great help, very knowledgeable, and we wouldn't have even known that he wasn't a salesman because he did a fantastic job explaining the equipment, answering our questions, and closing the deal.
