Too expensive for the little they did. I still have not gotten all my refund after 9 months and although they can find out with one phone call other than the public number, they refused unless I pay more money and the call to them is free. I asked for the contact info and they refused.
It took over half hour to do a complete basic return. Kept referring to getting "hate mail" from IRS. I never heard of that..... long story short he wanted to charge 300 for what would've taken him literally five minutes. Basic starting prices at several others is $150.... his reply was "Oh, I can't do that. " So can expect to pay twice much for less than average service with poor communication
Great CPA firm! Has awesome customer service and fantastic communication. They have the knowledge to help any person or business get their taxes in order to help them produce accurate results. Highly highly recommend!!
