Always a place for comfort and exceptional service. We have been there many times and will return again. XOXO
what a lovely, relaxing place to stay in January! I come for 10 days over the film festival, so have an external focus, rather than "sitting at the pool" focus. That said, other guests are always friendly. Staff accommodates my schedule and makes everything easy and comfortable. The location is five minutes from anything you want to do in PS, and 10 minutes to the outlying areas.
I booked The Hacienda on a friend's recommendation and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and their obvious desire to exceed every one of my expectations. I literally never left my room or strolled through the courtyard when I was not greeted warmly AND asked if there was ANYthing I needed. Will definitely return when in Palm Springs. Virtually every accommodation I needed was provided.
The Hacienda at Warm Springs is the ONLY place we stay. It is a professionally operated men’s enclave run as a 5-star hotel. 10 rooms, 2 pools, sauna, breakfast poolside, laundry, lunch served poolside, 100% catered to your every need. THIS is how a hotel should be run. This is our 4th or 5th stay here and I can say, it keeps getting better and better.
