This was our second time to stay at the resort and we will continue to stay here. Its our favorite place in Palm Springs. The team is amazing, they are very respectful and gracious in all they do. The rooms and the grounds are very well cared for. We could not ask for a better experience. We will be back and looking forward to it.
Hacienda is my favorite place to stay by far! I’ve been visiting Palm Springs for a long time and have stayed in many hotels – some in Warm Sands and newer ones like the Rowan and the Thompson – but no place comes close to matching the service and quality that’s offered at Hacienda. This resort is exceptional !!! The attention to detail and customer service to really enjoy the experience is beyond amazing! Can’t wait to go back.
I was originally planning to go to the Hacienda at Warm Sands before Covid, but then Covid hit and I had to cancel and the trip was postponed. I'm glad I finally had the chance to go! Elegant and charming service with laid-back style was the norm. The staff is truly exceptional and it was fun meeting other guests at the pool. Many fine restaurants were within a 10 minute or less drive. It was definitely worth the travel from the east coast and will definitely go back in the future.
