As a Homeowner and Resident, this place was chosen because of the amenities, which includes Pool, Jacuzzi and GYM that is payed to HOA fees every month. The pool is unavailable and is open only seasonal 10-6, but you must pay monthly, again, the gym comes with a monthly fee too This is Ridiculous Don’t Buy Here You will be disappointed Waste of your $$$$
