I had such a wonderful experience at the Hacienda Spa at Los Poblanos! The spa was beautifully designed, with an original and charming atmosphere that set it apart from other spas I’ve visited. One of my favorite parts was the women’s locker room, which was decorated with a mix of gold and pink tile. Today my husband and I had two treatments booked that have been rescheduled a couple of times. On Saturday, I received a confirmation email stating our time was 2:30 instead of 11. I planned our entire stay and day around this. My husband took off work. We arranged childcare. When we were called at 11:07 by front desk asking where we were.
