I booked a massage and facial. Had the 80 minutes massage first. It was a tissue but the therapist never applied pressure to specific pressure points after I even requested it. Following I had an 80 minute facial. This ended up being more like a second massage. She spent more time Massaging my feet and hands then even doing a facial. Not relaxing because she would rub my feet then touch my face and I felt so grossed out. Very poor experience when it came to addressing my face. I was told my favorite massage therapist left for another spa because of poor management towards spa workers. Found my therapist and confirmed. Had the best massage at a classy spa. I Will not be going back to Los Poblanos.

Hacienda Spa at Los Poblanos is truly a little oasis. I booked the seasonal facial and it was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had. The entire experience felt thoughtful and elevated they incorporated steam, thorough (but gentle) extractions, and beautiful seasonal botanicals that made everything feel fresh and intentional. Previously had a very poor experience here due to a scheduling error. I have since given them another chance and had a beautiful time here. Highly recommend, quadruple check that they have you scheduled correctly though.
