I was told my favorite massage therapist left for another spa because of poor management towards spa workers. Found my therapist and confirmed. Had the best massage at a classy spa. I Will not be going back to Los Poblanos.

Hacienda Spa at Los Poblanos is truly a little oasis. I booked the seasonal facial and it was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had. The entire experience felt thoughtful and elevated they incorporated steam, thorough (but gentle) extractions, and beautiful seasonal botanicals that made everything feel fresh and intentional. Previously had a very poor experience here due to a scheduling error. I have since given them another chance and had a beautiful time here. Highly recommend, quadruple check that they have you scheduled correctly though.
I could not have loved this more. Booked a last minute appointment. It was luxury from the minute I arrived on property to the minute I left. 10/10 recommend this property and spa.
