The Chile rellenos were delicious: a poblano pepper filled with Oaxaca cheese and smothered in a savory red sauce. The handmade lemonade and tamarindo were absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately, the enchiladas suizas were bland and tasted mostly like corn and shredded beef saut�ed in oil. The beans were hard, and the rice and beans were very light in flavor. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the feeling of home. The decor and staff friendliness really made it feel like I was about to have a home-cooked meal in someone’s home. The menu has a familiar latin food selection, but with sauces and ingredients that were new to me. I had enchiladas with a suizas sauce.
