I don't know why there are so many negative reviews here. I've been living here for the past four years. The roads and transportation are good, and the overall environment is very pleasant. The rent is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Renters /Buyers be aware ! This place is NOT a trustworthy company! It is allegedly facing several lawsuits and is currently under investigation with the BBB and the EEOC. Their lease agreements/lease to own program is a fraud. They offer a well put together contract that is ment to tie consumers into a 8-12 year contract on a mh with hopes of one day becoming owners.
