Ha! May seem cheap at the beginning but beleive me when i say it! Fees keep going up and get charge for everything and manager has nothing to do but spy on your home to see who lives there and keep an eye on it to get you on anything to get write ups and evict you! So don’t be deceived by lower cost of living go elsewhere and stay away from this place they are a scam!!!!
