Harley of Scottsdale where looking good is more important that decent service. First time customer, took my bike in for service.Service department got my okay to do a repair. Okay was never passed on and cost me 7 days without my bike(okay no biggie it happens). When they got the part they realized they ordered the wrong part.. Hahah(strike two). Costs me another 2 days. Run Away!!!! – Stay away!!!! I was purchasing a custom bike they had and after the sales manager and I agreed on a price and I secured my financing, two days later the owner says he won't do the deal. Bummer for them as I have bought three bikes there and spent an enormous amount of money in accessories and just stuff. I will never go back there again and am telling all by bike riding buddies to stay away as well. Greed will get you nowhere Rick!

service department – My husbands motorcycle was in an accident,it is a Big Dog chopper they are the dealership for them. The insurance adjuster authorized repairs and cut check to Hacienda. That was 3 months ago. My husband still does not have his bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not communicate to each other or the customer. The insurance agent sat at "Wild Bill's"desk for 5 minutes while Bill finished his personal call. When asked how professional he thought that was his response was "what?" DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE FOR SERVICE... read more

Ed is here to save the day!! – WOW! In July of 2010 I started looking for a bike. My initial experience with Hacienda could have been better. Ed kept in contact with me and did everything he could possibly do to make sure I had a good experience with Hacienda HD. I purchased a bike on 9/24/2010 and I am sure they are happy that I finally did. I am certainly happy that I did. if selling insults, then good job – As was the previous review, my first and only contact seemed to go the same way, wich is why I say only contact. At first I had stopped by to look and ask some questions, about prices, because I had noticed that prices in Az. were much higher than they were at an east coast dealership,(Ray Price Harley Davidson, North Carolina). My Review Hacienda Harley Davidson dated 7/4/2008 – Huge challenge to get the out the door price the 1st time. I thought I was visiting a new car dealer for the buying experience from Hell again... When someone is purchasing a expensive luxury item show respect and not ( let me see what I can do or what price are you thinking of paying ) just give me the best out the door price the first time and not the big run around please.....
