I booked a weekend rental directly through the company’s website, completed the reservation, signed the rental agreement, and paid half of the total. I then received confirmation emails stating that my booking was confirmed at the listed price. Hacienda Agency represented us in the leasing, property management and ultimately the sale of my mother-in-law's house in Palm Desert. Over the 2 years we worked with Hacienda they were always professional and caring. They achieved really good monthly rents and handled any tenant issues quickly and cost effectively.
