the waiter her name was abby. she complained about going up the stairs to heat my cheese dip up and she did not check on us. just horrible.
Disturbingly unsecured, front door wide open and no one minding the front desk when we came to tour. Same thing was reported from another visitor to us. We ended the tour before it started. Residents looked like zombies. 2 stars for benefit of the doubt.
