im a yoga teacher and grief educator and wanted to offer these services to the residents here. their website clearly says they offer activities and movement classes for their residents, yet i was interrupted and hung up on by the receptionist. extremely rude and disrespectful for a place that values care, compassion, and enrichment for their residents.
My job was made easy.I was greeted by the most wonderful receptionist ever Hanna. With her help, I was able to find my patient set up his equipment and my day was made easy.She is wonderful, and may I add also beautiful. This made my day bright and wonderful.She is a great ad on as a worker.To this facility, may she grow and expand into better roles into this place.

Hacienda Grande Senior Assisted Living has a very nice homey atmosphere. It is nicely maintained, the rooms and common areas are kept very clean and the staff are very attentive and thoughtful. The needs of my brother are well met as his health care changes. The staff treats him like family.
