Update. I had last emailed this organization on Feb. 15th. They responded to my email on May 30th. Unprofessional and simply terrible service. I was looking forward to working with this organization. After completing all forms and submitting all the paperwork they requested, they stopped responding to my emails and never actually set up a call with a counselor. It has been over two months since I last heard from them. Terrible experience.
