I’m disappointed as we were told something different via messages vs. when we went to look at the homes. For example, we were told 7% downpayment and once we got there it had gone up to 10%. We also weren’t aware of the downpayment (1200) and approval of the lot. We went thinking 7% downpayment so we had an idea but once it changed to 10% it gave us a red flag. The area looks clean and they were nice, but everyone should be on the same page so clients are not misguided.

Alexis the property manager was very helpful from the start and still is with making sure my son and I get settled into the community she answered all questions and concerns in great detail the neighborhood is neat safe and more importantly quiet walking distance to all stores and restaurants one would need and only a 26 minute ride into downtown Houston this community is a perfect location for my family!!!
When Priscila told me the process was simple she meant it! This lady is fantastic she communicated through the entire process she got everything done for us as quickly as possible and she cares you don't get that from people when your looking for housing community is beautiful Thank you Priscila cant recommend you enough.
