Brought my family out and we were really excited to try this place. We were sat an hour after our estimated 30min wait. We were met with good music and a pretty cool building. I had my first meal at Hachi, and it was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The food was dismal: bland, slimy, poorly seasoned, strangely textured, and carrying an aftertaste I can only describe as crayon-adjacent. The noodles and rice were overcooked, the portions were small for the price, and even with a coupon, the meal felt wildly overpriced. One of my favorite spots when I am not worried about money for a night. Play good music sushi is very good i can't recomend the Ramen but the poke nachos and crispy rice apps are on point. My favorite rolls are the black widow and Tyson but the nigiri style is good too.
