They were fast, delicious and excellent quality. We will definitely be regulars.
This was an unexpected gem! The food was lovely and well priced. 4/5 stars for atmosphere only because, while clean and quiet, seating is limited.
Hachi Hachi is SO tiny inside. There were only 4 tables inside. However, once you get past the small inside, and order your food.. you'll be very happy! Our table ordered so many different items and everyone loved each of their items. The Yum Yum roll.. hands down the best one I tried. The crab rangoon was the best in this area. We also liked the steak hibachi and the beef teriyaki. We will be back, well, we will order and take it elsewhere to eat again! Thanks for giving Columbus something new for dinner options!
I was excited until they messed up my order. The place smells great but I got a totally different order. Update: I went back and they corrected my order and nothing more. Over and hour out of my life. Check your order before you leave like it’s Taco Bell in the 90s.
Received a gift card that was not properly loaded and they would not honor it even with the receipt. Tried repeatedly to talk to management to make things right but they would not return our calls. Update, the restaurant offered to refill the giftcard but would not refund our meal when the gift card error was on their end. Our friends paid $50 for the giftcard, we paid $50 for our meal. So still out $50.
