This doctor is the reason I am terrified of all medical professionals. Many years ago, I got an IUD placed with her and it completely traumatized me. I screamed and screamed for her to stop and to no longer finish the procedure and she kept going anyway. When I came out of the room, she was snickering with the receptionist about me. I can't say enough about Dr. Hache and Chantal, they both go above and beyond for their clients. Dr. Hache is so kind and is very polite, I've never felt like she's been "rude", as some people have expressed. Everything is done in a timely matter and I'm confident in her as my Doctor. Every good Doctor has to have a good receptionist, and Chantal is AMAZING! She is always in a wonderful mood and always returns my calls if I have any questions. I'm thankful to the these two ladies as my health care workers!
