Amazing gym, great service all around I’m out of town visiting my parents for the holidays in Mississauga and found this near Square One. Sign-up progress is easy via text then onsite , and was able to get a day pass and then a week pass right after. 24/7 gym and the app on the phone works perfectly. Not overly crowded so this was Awesome as I could use all the equipment without any wait times. Appreciate the entire team & staff, I am definitely coming back when I’m in town. Thank you !!

I had the chance to try this gym for the first time and really enjoyed my experience. The space was clean, well organized, and had all the equipment I needed for a great workout. The atmosphere was welcoming and motivating, and the staff were friendly. Even as a first-time visitor, I felt comfortable and supported. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quality place to work out.

Came to the city to check out this gym—hands down the best gym in Mississauga, and I’ve tried them all. Great environment, top-tier equipment, and a motivating vibe. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, everything is organized and well maintained which is rare to see in gyms nowadays. Definitely will be back!!
