I cannot recommend this gym enough! For someone who was intimidated by the gym - Habits helped me overcome that fear and become more confident! Jim (the owner) is awesome and cares about YOU and your goals!!!! Lock in at Habits! You won’t regret it!
I love the energy and enthusiasm from Jim! He is passionate and always excited to help in any way he can! It’s hard to beat gym privacy so you can workout at your own pace without the fear of the embarrassment or the anxiety of waiting on your machine to be open. This is everything you could want!
