DON'T buy a Habitech home. Their condos are not built or insulated properly, so every winter a group of us has ice dams form that cause water to leak into our units. Habitech is not interested in solving this problem. I have had water damage EVERY winter I have had the misfortune to live in my Habitech home, and so have a number of my neighbors. Avoid.
