Super nice guy. He got the job done and also offered to change a smoke detector battery that I could not reach. I'm very satisfied with Habitec and the service we have received. Update, we had a guy out today, named Jake. Such a nice guy. As usual nothing was broken, he was kind enough to check everything and change some batteries for us. The customer service we get from Habitec is wonderful. It is also worth it if you pay for their maintenance plan.
Rep was great. Really dug to find cause of issue.
The tech was prompt and identified the issue immediately. He was courteous and explained what was needed to resolve the problem. The service is active again.
The tech who came to our home was wonderful. He has been here severao times and loves our kitties. He also has been very thorough and kind. Thank you.
