Si je pouvais mettre une note de -1000, je le ferais sans hésiter. Habitec est, de loin, la pire compagnie avec laquelle j’ai eu affaire. Leur thermopompe est une vraie cochonnerie : après à peine un an et demi , elle est déjà brisée. J’avais pourtant pris leur service en pensant être entre de bonnes mains. Résultat ? Du stress, de la frustration et zéro fiabilité. À fuir. Ce genre d’entreprise ne mérite même pas une étoile.
