Visited an open house at the vankleek hill project very disappointing. The kids ran inside I could feel the floors moving. They are built to minimum standards very cheap style of floor truss 5/8" plywood instead of 3/4" prefinished hardwood flooring is very thin. The lots are extremely small 4 feet between houses the are built staggered to appear there is more room. Some have a walk out basement for an extra $25 000 depending on the lot I have no idea how they justify that price overall highly priced for what you would be ge... read more
