Dans toute ma vie, c'est la première compagnie qui est pire que débutant. Ils sont venus installer un air climatisé, mais ils n'ont pas rebranché le système de chauffage. Quand on sélectionne «heat», c'est de l'air froid qui se fait ressentir. Ils ne respectent pas leurs engagements. I had a heat pump installed by this company after I noticed my thermostats in the bedroom was not working. I contacted the owner Simon, he told me that my panel didn’t have enough space , which I know to be untrue since I had a new panel installed in 2021. He also then backtrack to say they did me a favor by connecting this to the panel. I read his invoice off to him, which includes installation and a breaker for the unit.
